Not only that but the supply continues to grow. This separates it from post-industrial material, which is of unpredictable quality and sometimes not even recyclable. Also, because of its known range of variability and our capacity to acquire a consistently random supply, we can ensure a consistant product. This attention to quality and consistency not only helps our customers plan better, it helps them reduce greenhouse gases. For every pound of our material used, five pounds of CO2 is reduced from our atmosphere.
Our material runs at temperatures that are 15% lower than those required by virgin plastics, makes more parts per hour, reduces power consumption and places less stress on molding machines. Our customers machines also run more efficiently using our plastic over virgin thus reducing greenhouse gasses even more.
